Installation

Eye bolts must be screwed into a strong beam/stud/pergola, using two eye bolts/eye screws, (75mm x 7mm) screwed fully into the timber. 

Set Eye Bolt approximately 650mm apart. (Wider than the swing stick) The swings should be no higher than 600mm off the ground. 

Installing in a tree:

Use suitable rope making the swing rope level and tied off fast, the swing should be no more than 600mm off the ground. 

Installing Indoors:

Make sure the eye bolts are into studs. 

Safety

  • Always check swing for damage before use.
  • Children need to be able to sit unassisted
  • Recommended weight: - up to 20kg
  • Infant/Toddler swing should always be used with 100% adult supervision
  • The swings are designed with a deep seat for safety and should only be swung gently.

Care Instructions

The fabrics we use are all UV treated, but check regularly for wear and damage. It is important to check knots and replace the ropes if necessary. 

Clean with a light detergent if required.
